Chainlink CRE transmits verified truthes, and runs operations for Zipcode.

The Bittensor Credit Oracle fetches and zk-verifies account & underwriting data, and passes that data to Chainlink CRE.

3. What account will they use to receive funds, and repay?
4. What is the value of their Lien?
5. How much can they borrow?

Chainlink CRE enables these checks to take place & runs operations on the warehouse.
